Our Team
Isotherm have a dedicated workforce who are hightly trained, experienced, and skilled. Each of our engineers have completed a time served NVQ2 apprenticeships with ourselves as well as their own training matrix which they are continually working towards in order ro further enhance their skills. Health & Safety
Isotherm are a forward thinking proactive company and after further significant investment Isotherm have introduced a new set of goals for the forthcoming months and we have:
- Enlisted Carney Consultancy Limited, a team of well respected Health and Safety Consultants.
- Supplied ipads to all site operatives to keep them informed of all Health and safety site activities whether it is us sending our RAMS, Site information, Plant updates, COSHH or emails direct from Clients detailing inductions and Toolbox Talks, the list is endless, and the scheme is proving popular with our clients and lads.
- We have also stepped-up training to include PAV courses (Push Along Vertical) to cover lifts such as Peco`s.
- Enlisting more operatives to be SSSTS certified.
- We have also recently completed several first aid courses.
- All operatives have or are working towards working at height, asbestos awareness, manual handling, PASMA and IPAF.
